Hope someone can help. I have tried to do an engineer code reset on a Flex 20 but having no joy so either the method is wrong or it’s not possible. Anyway, I’m planning to use RSS to get into the system but struggling to find any info - is the USB lead just a standard one or modified? I don’t want to plug in a risk damage if it’s supposed to be modified but just can’t see the info in the manual.

It's a standard mini USB lead, but the default for Flex is for remote access via USB to be disabled. PM me and I'll check your process for code defaults.

Remote access disabled - typical. Got me out of loads of strife taking over Dimensions in the past.
