flickering lights on dimmer switches

have a flickering going on on low settings on 4 to 5 light fixtures in my house controlled by dimmer switches,....some are ceiloing fixtures, some are groups of recessed lighting,...all have been installed w out issues for at least 5 years,.....this all just started,.....thinking something may be loose in panel box because it s not the whole house, only certain circuit areas......
anyone care to hazard a guess?...and or a diagnosis?

check all connections within the light switch (with supply OFF)
check the grounded conductors in the panel board, as well as the grounding condutors as well,

are there any recepticals on the same circuits, of GFCI `s?

if all connections are tight, replace the dimmer!!!
