Flood

I have been wiring in an extractor fan in my kitchen this morning. I left a stanley knife on top of the fan while I went into the living room to answer the phone, after about 10 minutes I heard floods of water an ran to the kitchen. The knife had somehow managed to fall to the floor, on it's way down it has sliced open the hose on the washing machine.
