Hi All,
I've seen some pretty similar posts to this on the forum, but not quite the same.
I've used a bit of self leveller in my time... literally 1 bag to fill a bit of a hole - So limited experience of it.
Where our extension meets the existing floor i.e. screed meets 12mm ply (over floor boards and joists) - there's a slight gap increasing towards the "corner" of the ply. The ply and screed are pretty level but the ply does ramps up towards the "corner" by approx. 5mm.
I was also thinking of gouging out a bit more of the perimeter insulation to flood with something, thick set self leveller or something?
I'll be laying LVT planks so need a reasonably tidy finish - what would you guys recommend? Self levelling compoung/Ardex feather finish?
All ideas welcome! Cheers,
