floor leveling before tiling

part of a new concrete floor is 10 mm out of level,what can I use to level the floor? The lower part of the concrete covers an area approx. 1.5M x 2M. Most leveling powders quote max. 3mm coatings.

What you need to do is build up the floor with the Leveling Compound in several layers.Pour the first layer to your 3mm limit , let it cure and then repeat until it's correct.

Interesting problem that we had but with wooden floorboards. Went to Google search engine. Can see examples of levelling compounds that do up to 120mm. Of course the constituents change from latex based to cement based.
When 'professionals' did our kitchen they did not level. Just screwed 9in ply over old boards. As the ply was under tension over uneven floor within weeks several tiles worked loose. Removal done by smashing them. Aaagh!
