Hi,
I'm in the middle of renovating my property it's got three levels; ground floor, first floor and then loft conversion on the top.
I'm at the stage where the building is water tight and I've got all the partitions up on the three floors.
I am thinking to put the floors in next - Tounge and Groove in the Loft and then WBP Plyboard all on the second floor. The ground floor is concrete/screed.
Would it be an issue if I work from top down - so fix the Loft floor boards down first. Then from the first floor, run the wires for the first floor ceiling, then plasterboard the first floor ceiling and put the wool insulation between at the same times as the ceiling plaster boards? (and repeat for first floor).
Or do people tend to do the electrics and insulation from the top (i.e. run the cables for the First Floor ceiling, use something like chicken mesh and add insulation, then put the Loft Floor in).
