just bought a new belt as the old one came off thought id treat it to a new one but bloody thing still comes off can any body help

Is it the right size belt or is there not a tension adjuster somewhere ?

checked with supplier belt correct and there is no tensioner

Maybe a part is missing or broken which keep the belt in
