That's a great spot.
Your control panel battery is faulty or has been faulty and burnt out that resistor.
Time for dusty bin.
Honeywell control panel now obsolete.

What would this stop working? As it appears to be working ok ? What would you replace this board with please?

There are some old stock available on eBay so you may be able to get a like for a like replacement.

Functioning or functioning properly.
As stated previously the resistor burns out when a battery has long since failed.
