Gardtec 800 series burglar alarm, no access codes

I Moved into a house with a GardTec 800 series alarm, don’t have the user/master/engineer code. I have tried to reset and the keypad is now showing:”GardTec 800 V2.0 Log Size 1“ can’t get this off, can anyone advise please..

How have you reset your system?
Default codes or whole system ?

I pressed 5, 5, Yes, No and also removed and replaced Lk1 link on the main PCB. After this that message is on the keypad.

Following what you have done,does 1234 have any affect.
If not then engineer code is locked and control panel can not be reprogrammed.
Total default method can cause other issues.
First you should have tried user/engineer code reset first, this way you could have still been able to use system as it would have reset user code,but not engineer code if locked.

No 1234 has no affect, it sounds like I need the engineer code to make use of this system or replace the system. Thanks for your help

You only have 10/15 seconds to enter reset function into keypad following power down.You may need two people one to power down ,then one to enter reset code following power up.
This is an old control panel may be more cost affective to replace panel.
