A joke, no this is in fact true, many years ago French president Degaulle was not happy with the US and he threw a tantrum with the then US foreign diplomat telling him he wanted all Americans out of France immediately....the US foreign diplomat replied....."Does that include the 65,000 dead Americans on your soil"......Degaulle did not reply.
