Hi all,

I have a glass desk that fits up against a regular gypsum wall board/ drywall wall. I cannot drill a hole through the glass for the cables, so I could like to go into the wall above the desk surface, then back out of the wall below the desk surface so the wires don't hang out on the desk.

A U-shape conduit on it's side would do the trick, but I would prefer something specific to the task, and requiring minimal effort. Any help would be most appreciated, as I don't even know where to begin.

Thanks to all for taking a look, and good day in the UK! It's beautiful here in Brooklyn NY.

Hmm. Think your best bet is a flexi-conduit. You'll need a shark saw to cut a hole above and below the glass. However, what if there is a stud in the wall between the two holes?

As far as I know, there is no ready made solution.

Can you post a piccy of the desk so we can see the situation?

You could bring the glass desk a few inches from the wall and fill the gap with a pieice of polished wood as a border to the glass and drill holes in this for cables
