Gloss that doesn’t yellow

We’ve got a downstairs WC

It gets no daylight so the gloss keeps going yellow.

Are there any products that don’t yellow?

Use a water based gloss rather than oil based.

Harder to get a good finish but dries quick, doesn't smell as much and stays white.

dulux trade. but it’s not cheap.

Water based gloss or satin, both paints may flake in a years time but easy to smooth and repaint, less mess, dries quick.

I don't like the sound of this flaking.

Flaking is often caused by poor preparation.

What do you think causes flaking on water-based gloss or satin?
