Grill has stopped working

Hi all,

The grill in my oven stopped working a few weeks ago. I tried it again yesterday and it started to heat up, but only to a luke warm level. Ive tried it again this morning and it doesnt even warm up. However, the oven heats up fine.

Does this mean the element has gone? Or the thermostat?

Is it an easy fix or should I get an engineer out?

Does this mean the element has gone? Or the thermostat?

It could be either, or even a wiring/connection fault.

The only way to find out, is to open it up and use eyes + test gear.
