Recently put down some Porcelain Wood Effect Floor Tiles which are a matt finish Birch colour. Along with the white grout, they get so dirty so quickly. I dont like adding a gloss coating but wonder if anyone can advise a decent but reasonably priced matt waterproof coating and maybe a sand coloured grout?. Scrubbing every couple of days a pain. Dont want to end up recovering with something else like vinyl as would be a daft move on my part.
Thanks

For the tiles that we have recently placed in our kitchen (including white grout), we were recommended to use this: http://www.ltp-online.co.uk/prod/ltp-grout-tile-protector

So far, so good, but it's only been on a week! Others may have better products, which I would also be interested in, given that this works out fairly expensive for larger spaces!

grout protector spays are fine, always try and recommend them tbf, however, you need to combine this with a PH neutral cleaner (not bleach) as bleach would just strip the sealer.

another option would be to go over the grout with Universeal Grout Rescue Colour & Seal

I've used and highly recommend the FILA Grout Sealer. Topps also have an aerosol version available. LTP and Litho are also good brands to consider. Stay away from B&Q homegrown sealers as a friend had a very bad experience with them.
