Halogen lamp lighting

I would like to know if i can substitute an (outdated) power-supply board, for a photo-therapy unit that supplies 3 12V dc 50W halogen lamps, with a small compact down-lighter transfomer...

M also not quite sure if the current will be sufficient for all 3 lamps.

Please advise...
