FileOpenPatcher from ElmüSoft - tweaks the File Open dialogue box so that it has the same controls as Windows Explorer, i.e. you can switch view types, change the size, sort etc from within the box.
If you guys use the PC for any business stuff and need to record times spent doing tasks for a timesheet then I can wholeheartedly recommend Grindstone2. I have 2 others at work using it now already because its so good for free.
