Is there a reliable online materials calculator?

Actual areas without addition to be on the safe side etc are:
hardwall - 10m²
skim - 20.7m²

This presumes that hardwall needs a skim finish.

a few spreads I spoke to immediately said it was hardwall.
Varying: cinder, conc, thermal, brick. And some stone.

I set the back boxes 16mm proud, or sometimes just put a 16mm box on the blockwork.

Dot'n'dab joints seem to crack.

I might expamesh any transitions from stone to conc to cinder block.
