HDMI Connections

Hi all

Looking to run a hdmi cable up the bedroom wall to a lcd TV.

Running the cable is not a problem but I was wandering what the best solution is for taking the cable through the wall to the TV.

I would prefer to have some sort of wall plate with a socket but I have never seen any of these.

Any help or Ideas would be appreciated.
