HELP - DOWNLIGHT FITTING - CANT CHANGE BULB

Hello,

Does anyone know how to change the bulb in this type of downlight fitting. I just couldn't figure it out. I've tried all sorts including twisting, pulling and nothing works. I've taken photos of it from every direction. Need help please.

I think on this the Front ring rotates out.
You can see the small dimples to put your thumb against one and finger against the other.
And then rotate the ring anticlockwise.

Heat might have baked it solid though.

If you can't do it by hand, some opened long nosed pliers can help get a bit more force onto the ring.
