Easiest way, is to first download mozilla firefox
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/easy-youtube-video-downl-10137/
then to download this plug-in https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/easy-youtube-video-downl-10137/
then download the youtube videos (assuming you have the appropriate permissions) save it to the desktop then drag and drop the file to the usb stick.
