Hello

This is my first post on this forum, and would be grateful if anyone cold help me out with the below

I am currently in the process of purchasing a house on the south east coast and looking to do a full refurbishment and loft conversion, I wondered if anyone is able to give me a ball park figure (not looking for a full itemised full quote) of how much this would cost, I will not require and kitchen fitting or painting

Please see below for list of work that needs to be done - it is a victorian 3 bed terraced house

I have attached a plan of the house to help.

Thanks Aaron

Thanks for the swift reply, ignore my 2.2m, it was a typo, there is plenty of space for a loft conversion.
