Hive 2 and Ideal Logic Combi 30

I know this question seems to have been asked before but my wiring seems to be different to everything else that has been posted.

Please can someone explain how and where each of the wires should be going? To explain the context/picture.

I have a thermostat downstairs where the brown and black wires are connected. Upstairs I have a mains supply that comes straight into the picture shown.

Step 1 is to note that you shouldn't be taking the cover off your boiler unless you're Gas Safe Registered. It shouldn't be operated again until the 26.9 checks have been completed
