An assistance wiring my Hive will be greatly appreciated.
I have the Heating and hot water hive product as I have a system boiler. The water tank is on the first floor and boiler on the ground floor.
The programmer I want to replace is the horstmann h27xl, which is accompanied by the horstmann thermostat on the ground floor.
There seems to be only 5 wires going in to the old unit. Also I know that I'm supposed to isolate the wires from the thermostat but I can figure out which ones they may be. I've attached lots of images for reference. Is anyone able help show me which wires go where?
Thanks again

Terminals 1 and 2 are for when the system needs an OFF signal from the Normally Closed contact.

On the dual version the Live is via a link inside the Hive module.

Here is the original of that diagram (showing the top connections) if you cant figure it out you need to get someone that can.

You dont need anything in 1&2 on your hive, the hive receiver simply signals the zone valves to open, it never signals the boiler to do anything, the zone valves do that

So according to the wires I have that would mean
Blue=N
Brown=L
Grey=3
Black=4
Yellow/green= Earth
Is that right?

Cool thanks for that. Any suggestions before I attempt the below?
Blue=N
Brown=L
Black=3
Grey=4
Yellow/green= Earth

Above will work but the old thermostat will still be in circuit, need to turn it up to a high temperature. As the diagram shows
temph.jpg

Original would have a thermostat shown here between 5 and 10 but the new one does not have that thermostat, in your case the numbers may be completely different in your wiring centre, but with this example you would need a link 5 to 10 to disable the original thermostat, or link in the thermostat its self. This diagram has been altered to show old wiring so you can compare with new system it is not showing Hive it shows old H27XL.

Do not link the old thermostat or put a link in its place, completely remove it as the original diagram I posted.

So have removed the thermostat( see attached) and connected up like below. I pressed the hot water button or the heating button but the boiler doesn't fire up. Did I do something wrong ?
Blue=N
Brown=L
Black=3
Grey=4
Yellow/green= Earth
