Hive not firing boiler up

Any help will be much appreciated!

Recently moved into a property that had some version of Salus connected to control the heating system. I have removed it and threw it away.

I have bought Hive Single channel thermostat and installed as per photos. All the cores are correctly terminated i believe but it is not firing the boiler up on demand. Im wondering whether the "Room Thermostat/Timer" cables need swapping in either boiler or receiver. Could be totally wrong but like i said any help is much appreciated.

Boiler is Ideal I-mini C30.

The bad news first...
The case of your boiler forms part of the room sealing of the appliance.
Do not operate the boiler without the cover in place.
Turn it off now!
As it has been opened, you need an RGI to check that the appliance is gas safe, before you can re-use it.

The good news...
Your wiring appears correct.
However, on the front of the boiler is a Halo RF receiver.
(Edit: Which I believe is still connected, given the green 'Zigbee' light?)
You may need to press the 'Override' button on the front to allow the Hive to take over.
If there are any other timer settings on your boiler, these should also be set to permanently on.

It shouldn't matter which way the grey and black wires connect into terminals one and three of the Hive.
As a way to prove the Hive isn't at fault, just connecting the grey and black wires together in a single terminal should call for heat.

And probably not an issue, but a small top-up of system pressure wouldn't hurt, to bring it to 1 bar.

All sorted, just needed to press the override button as you say. Thanks. It's not been used the boiler since moving in that's why it hasnt been topped up, getting cooler now though so it'll be topped up before use .
