Hole in laminate flooring.

My child just dropped a hard toy on the floor and left a nice big dent in it.
Just wondering what the best way to repair this is. I've no spare floorboards left.

Being grey, car body filler after removing any loose material , tape off the spot to prevent over fill and sand down , a few flecks with permanent black/dark grey marker should disguise.

More effort route is to swap the plank with one from somewhere else in the floor, one that is covered up by furniture etc
