On holiday in Brac, Croatia. Wondered if this shower/boiler co-location would pass UK electrical regs?

Interesting question.

IIRC BS7671 limits what equipment can be installed in zone 1, but "water heaters" are on the allowed list.

So it would come down to whether the boiler has an adequate IP rating or not, which is not clear from the picture (and it looks a very different design to our UK units).
