anyway, what I was going to say before it got silly, is just buy a temporary SIM card whereever you go, and you get internet and cheap local calls for less than most UK SIM roaming packages,.

I have asked you several times to explain what you mean by putting it in inverted commas. People generally only ever do this when they are suggesting that something is not what it is. You do it all the time, so as I have already told you, unless you can explain why you do this I have to assume it is because you don't think the virus is real.

If that is not the case, please, please, please explain why you always refer to is as a 'virus'.

If you accept it is a virus, and the cause of over 4 million of deaths, maybe stop putting it in inverted commas, that way people will be less likely to call you a covid-denier. Likewise, if you get the vaccine, or give a valid reason for not getting it, people will not call you an anti-vaxxer.

I went Sri Lanker the other year and just used WhatsApp. My friend from Australia calls me on WhatsApp. also my friend from Israel call on WhatsApp...... it's all free...What's the problem ¥£
 
Well, I’m with Three. No roaming charges for me in 71 countries around the world yet. The day they start wanting to charge me a pound a day for unlimited calls, texts and Internet access from a foreign country for my six quid a month contract will be the day I will have to consider never going away again due to the cost of it all. :rolleyes:
 
I leave my phone at home with a post it note saying Gone Away Back Soon always works
