Honda Izy HRG415C2 SDE starts then stops

Just that it is a vacuum pump in the HP pump and I wondered if the leak off was connected to it.

When it starts to misbehave, presumably squeezing the primer bulb sorts it - can you see bubbles in the clear pipe on the right hand side of the filter?
I can't see any issues with removing the leak off pipes, and seeing the discharge is equal from each one.

Yes it does but no bubbles, the air must be getting in at the pump end. No in tank pump only vacuum from the HP pump.
