hello, I have 2 honeywell galaxy systems, a g2 and a flex, but is it possible to connect one RF smoke detector (DFO800M) to 2 systems, thanks in advance

Yes, they're one way, so just program them on to each panel. Each panel will report when it receives the same signal.

and this also won't cause issues with supervision? and when a battery low signal comes will it be in both systems?

It will be picked up by both systems. The smoke detector transmits supervision and trigger signals along with its serial number. The panel picks up the transmissions and matches them against the programmed serial number to determine if the device has been configured to the system. If not, the panel discards the transmission.
