Honeywell problem baffled plumber

Hi, I hope somebody can assist. I recently had a service on my lpg boiler. We have a Viseman fitted with a wireless Honeywell Dt9e and CS92A unit. The plumber who installed the boiler and Honeywell kit came for the annual service. Whilst the boiler seems ok, we no longer have heating. Not a problem at this time of year but needs fixing. The plumber spent over an hour staring at the unit and scratching his head and couldn't fix it. He hasn't returned either. I have tried rebinding the device but no luck. I have emailed Honeywell four times but they haven't responded. Any one got any suggestions before I look for another plumber?

As the heating is on continuous the programmer should have a green light …….
 
Hi, thanks both for assistance. I have tried to rebinding but unfortunately no luck.
 
Try adjusting the setting on the thermostat down as low as it will go, usually 5 degrees, leave for ten seconds and turn up to max usually about 30 and leave for 10 seconds doesnt always work but sometimes does
 
You need a heating engineer may not be anything to do with the programmer. Basic fault finding and use of multimeter will find the fault.
 
Hi guys, thank you all for your advice. Unfortunately it's still not working. Looks like I'll need to get a specialist in.
 
Did the DT92E, CS92A and the programmer (?ST9420C) all come together as a kit? If they did it's called the "Sundial RF2 Pack 3". The wireless receiver for the room and HW cylinder thermstats is built into the programmer. That would explain why there is no green light on the CH side, even thtough it is set to CONT. The light only comes on if there is an actual demand for heat.


I have attached the installation guide and the user guide.

It might be a long shot, but check that the Service indicator has not locked the boiler off.

Thanks guys. Still not working and the fitter hasn't a clue what's wrong. He suggesting I put another controller in but keep the original because it's working with the hot water. I think I'll get a second opinion.
 
Turn the fused spur off to the central
Heating for 20 seconds. Turn back on. Then turn the dt92e down to 5 degrees. Leave for. 1 min and then turn up to 30 to check heating comes on. If it doesn’t then it needs rebinding as per instructions
 
Something strange happened last night, the heating came on and stayed on until it got to 22. We tried lowering the setting but it didn't click off. Anyone got any ideas?
