HONEYWELL V-PLEX SENSORS WITH GALAXY DIMENSION PANEL

@GalaxyGuy I am facing issue in adding V-Plex Sensors(IS3016A-SN) with Galaxy Dimension/Flex Panel.
I have tried all options, but the sensor just gives me Close Status.

Is there any method we can make it work with above said panel.?
 
Hi, it's pretty bespoke to use V-plex. I take it that you're some distance from the control panel ?
