Had similar problem. Fixed by: Remove unit from under bench. Unplug power plug from socket. Remove plastic filter cover and four screws from back of unit cabinet. Facing the rear of cabinet, find wires connecting to circuit boards on lower left of unit. Unplug smaller plug with red and brown wires (only). Reset again (can spray terminals with non-residue electric cleaning spray if you wish). Put plastic and screws back on. Plug electric power socket back in. Try running unit. 'Lock' light on front panel should come on. Washing sequence should begin. If successful, move unit under counter etc. If not working, possible faulty solenoid or switch.
