I am thinking of extendind my House. I already have a small extension which is used for the Kitchen. I am thinking of extending right accross the back of my house and then up!. No Idea of how I am going to do it. Any ideas anyone?.
Before getting too far into the design process I'd speak 'unofficially' to your local planning department and ask them what could be done within the bounds of PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT rather than FULL PLANNING PERMISSION.
