How do I adjust these doors?

I have moved in to my gf's house and her front door needs adjusting. The top is catching on the external frame.

At first I thought the hinges had covers on but these don't seem to want to come off. I was hoping someone on here knows how to adjust the door

There looks like an alan key hole underneath the hinge. From the outside of the door I can also see 2 screws on the top half of the hinge.

As it is not my house and there will be hell on if something goes wrong! I am reluctant to just start playing with screws or alan key holes

Im sure there are plenty of people who know what I need to do to stop the top corner of the door catching when the door closes

You can realign the door surface and will adjust the hinges, before that you need first to determine what leading the door misaligned. Things to need check before. Find the door level and Check is the gap between the frame and door align correctly.
