How do I make this window shut more easily?!

Hi guys, any advice on how I can adjust this window to make it close more easily?

Is the window in any way adjustable in any way?
 
It's a tilt n turn by look of it and it looks fairly old too and timber, spray lots of WD-40 in all the slots where the cams slide up and down
