Following the lovely weather from the last couple of weekends, water started getting into my flat through the windows. The seals on my windows seems pretty much gone but I have no idea what they are.

The internal one seems to be some sort of solid rubber now weathered down and the people from seals direct have been very helpful sending me a sample of expanded neoprene as seen in one of the photos.

I would like help to know whether I should just pull out the old seal and wedge in the neoprene (if I buy a few metres of it). Also help on what I should do about the external seals which also seems to be done (see one of the close ups and you can see them)

TIA

Dang, well you can get the seals on that done at the same time.
Perhaps also get them to replace the bottom pane seals, ask for a quote?
