How do I Unscrew These?

This might seem like an obvious question, but I'm somewhat new to doing things myself.

I need to replace my extractor motor, but it's behind with some sort of screw covers over them. I have attached a photo here, hopefully it's clear enough.

How I earth do I get it unscrewed?

You might need to pry it open.

There doesn't seem to be any way of getting anything underneath the cover, as far as I can tell, it's flush against the panel. It's in the ceiling so not easy to get a picture of.

A picture in focus rather than closeup would help. Anyway has it been painted over? In which case there will not be an obvious way, I'd hazard you'll just need to stick a very thin screwdriver or similar in to lever it off.

A plastic screw cap cover? Prise it gently with a small flat blade screwdriver

No, it hasn't been painted over. Not sure if I get a screwdriver in there, but I will have a go.

Does not look like a fan, where are the vents? If you can reach it with a screwdriver surely you can take a close up pic?
