How does this lightbulb come out of this fitting?

I have recess lights in the ceiling and I need to replace a bulb. But I can't work out how to change it.
It doesn't seem to twist out and I can't see how to dismantle the housing any further. How does this bulb come out?

It possibly does not come out, and is an integral lamp, if the lumen or watts are marked on the fitting then it is integral and you replace the whole thing.

I would replace with a GU10 fitting, then one can select what type of bulb you want.

Oh I apologise, the CEF website https://www.cef.co.uk/catalogue/products/4910545-5-5w-led-tri-colour-dimmable-downlight-white shows as 'collection only'.
Type in your location to find a branch near you, there do seem to be some available still.

I followed that link, and after seeing this picture I pulled the wire further out and found the extra blue box attached!
Is that how I would change it, by opening that box and changing it over there?
