Specifically, I'm painting the exterior of a window and will soon want to paint the inside too. So the two different paints will touch. How long should I wait before doing the interior coat? Official recoat time (e.g. overnight)? A few days? Full curing time?
Solvent based gloss in both cases.
Amazingly I can't find any advice on this issue anywhere, though it's a situation that must often crop up.
Thanks!

Recoat time as you are in effect recoating by painting against it as a little will recoat where they meet.
I'd allow a bit longer though

Thanks, that's what I hoped! Full cure would have been..... difficult

Full cure would be about 6 weeks.

As per @Wayners post the next day or day after that should be fine, especially if you need to use a rag dipped in white spirit to tidy up the edge.
