How to calculate Max Power in single line drawing?

I saw this drawing inside my house DB. Notice that it has a rating for "Conn Load". Does anyone know how to step by step to calculate this value? Thanks.

I assume the below is a picture. Can you save it in a more popular format? JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP or PIX?

If you want to calculate the current (how load is measured most places) then its simply the wattage of everything on the circuit divided by your supply voltage. You basically need to add up the wattages for the maximum load you're likely to have at a time.

If it's anything like the UK, your DB should be rated similar or above to a fuse that comes in before the meter, so if you're not blowing that fuse, you're okay.
