How to get rid of damp and rotting food smell

hi , my tenant has just moved out, he has somehow dislodged the waste pipe connection under the sink unit.
Hence it has been leaking and bits of food are rotting.
It’s a concrete floor.

Is there anything I can pour on it to get rid of the smell or do I just need to wait ?
I though maybe bicarbonate of soda ?
