Hi all. I’ve just moved into a rented flat where the previous tenants have done quite a bit of damage. The kitchen cabinet doors have a number of scratches which I would like to make less noticeable (see pictures). I have very little DIY experience so a simple solution that would have a decent result is properly better than a solution with a perfect result that requires skill to achieve. Would really welcome any suggestions. Thanks

Make sure these are all photographed and shared woth letting agent now, for when your tenancy ends, so you don't get the blame.

Quick fix: crayola... hide the white with brown.

Thanks Jacko! Yes I spent all yesterday taking over 350 photos of the flat. It’s a gorgeous old conversion but rather neglected by the last lot. About to spend a lot of time with sugar soap trying to rescue the walls! Crayola as in kid’s crayons?

Yes, brown crayons... you did ask for a low skill easy fix.
If you want to spent a couple of quid, Google/Amazon for laminate repair filler. You can get coloured waxes and crayons and fillers.

Perfect! Just wanted to check I wasn’t misunderstanding. Thanks for your help

If it’s real wood, you can use walnut on it, just rub over it.
