How to remove plastic fasteners / rivets in Bosch washing machine door

I'm aiming to replace the hinge on the door of a Bosch WAQ283S1GB/01 washing machine, with the hinge carrying a part number 9000463344. I have found an equivalent part on eBay, but when I removed the door I found these little plastic fasteners instead of screws.

I thought they might be pop rivets like those you sometimes see on bike fairings, but when I applied pressure through the central hole nothing happened.

Does anybody know how I can safely remove these and whether they can be reused?

I don't think they can be reused. You'll need to drill the heads off and then replace with new rivets or nuts and bolts.

Not what I wanted to hear, but thanks! Not sure even how to identify them. Head seems to be 8-9mm across with a 2mm hole...

Drill out with 3mm hss bit and replace with self tappers.
