Very confused. Help appreciated
 
Um, lift the lever to be able to move the bracket up/down or is it movable as is? in which case you lift the lever up to lock it perhaps?

Does it not move?

The lever does move up and down if I lift the lever but I am not sure how a shower head would fit to this? Thanks
 
The matching shower head has a bit sticking out the side with a hole in it to fit the brass coloured peg.
