I-Cloud Photo Library

I have uploaded family photos to I-Cloud and am trying to set up a Slideshow.
Unfortunately the library does not let me rearrange the position of the photos to enable the slideshow to run in the order I want!
Any thoughts on how to move the photos about? They seem to be frozen and will not 'drag and drop' !!!

All sorted - Rather than using the slideshow tool in ICloud, I generated a MS Powerpoint slideshow, then uploaded it to ICloud.

Edit - But because I want to download the presentation from ICloud to my Ipad. Now I find that my Ipad is too bl**dy old to download the powerpoint app.
