Sorry as I’m sure you have seen 100 of these. But from looking at the past posts it’s wired up right so I’m at a loss here. It’s all running fine apart from the fact it won’t fire up. It’s also a single channel any help would be greatly appreciated

Does the Hive power up? Definitely a single channel? Everything turned up on the boiler? Where does the power come from? Any previous thermostat?

Also the case forms part of the combustion circuit on that boiler, so should be checked for safety afterwards.

Thanks for the reply, Yeah Hive receiver and hub powered up fine. definitely single channel, heat only as the water comes on as needed. It’s wired from the mains power beside it and was running a Honeywell st9120c only difference is that was wired to 1 and 4 not 1 and 3.

Does the override work on the receiver and fire up the boiler? Temp dial to max on the boiler?

hey, No when I press the receiver button you hear the click but nothing happens, everything also set to max.
