Please go back and re-read Bod's posts to be clear on the facts, before roasting his nuts on a possibly wrongly perceived point. There is a tenant and a landlord involved here. It's not uncommon for tenants to sublet without the knowlege of the landlord. :idea:
If he was that concerned, he might have informed the relevant authorities rather than telling us on here ?

I'm sure he is working for the landlord not the tenant. If the landlord knows and he is working for him, what then ?

the flat burned so he moved up stairs. or is subletting his loft?
Flat 1 was a burn out.
Flat 7's loft space has tge CWST in loft.

Someone is living in the loft of Flat 4

It's not a bedroom. It's a loft with access via a unstable extension ladder . Not a loft ladder.

It's illegal its wrong and it's dangerous, and your backing the wrong horse again.
