Infinite Prime Tamper Reset

Need some help please. A PIR in my dining room broke so i decided it to remove it from the system rather than replace it. Followed instructions, from programming to devices to zones and delete. I've cleared all the logs but am still getting 2 error messages, 1. Tamper Alarm, 2 supervision loss. Plus i can no longer arm the alarm.
The PIR was on bypass when i deleted it.
Any ideas?

so have you checked that the device is deleted off the system?

as you cant get a supervision fault for a device that doesn't exits if its correctly removed from the panel.

if has been removed and still showing, then I would try and engineer reset, if that fails, down power the unit completely and reboot it and reprogram time and date etc.

If you're getting that error message then the device is still on the system. Have you set the zone type to disabled?
