Installed CeilingLight Fixture, but no switch to shut it off

Our family room currently has multiple light switches to control plugs, and
other lighting inside and outside of the house. We realize the intention of the celing outlet was primarily for a celing fan. We want to use the outlet
as a light fixture. Is there a way to convert one of the plug switches, so we are able to shut off ceiling light. We currently have one light switch that does not work for anything.

If you can get a cable to the spare switch & then break into the fan cable then you should be able to do what you require.
