Installing A Dishwasher

I’m trying to install the pipe work for a dishwasher. With the Tee connection, how do I attach the highlighted ends to 15mm copper pipe?

You don't ! Wrong fitting
That's intended to give two outlets for a washing machine and a dish washer. The supply is the compression nut at bottom.

Looking at the picture, you've marked up the hot tap, not the cold tap. The cold will be on the one with the stop cock (probably)

The easy option is to close that tap. Replace one of your inline compressions with:
